LASIK & LASEK / PRK

Perfect Vision offers laser visual visual correction for myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and hyperopia with the VISX S4 Iris Registration Custom Vue plattaform.

Laser Visual Correction is a fine and exact procedure in which the laser ablation perfoms a correction of the irregular curvature of the corneal surface in order to change it and obtain a perfect curvature that will allow you to improve the quality of your vision.

This laser ablation can be corrected either with LASIK or LASEK procedures.

LASIK

In this procedure, prior to the lasere ablation, a corneal flap is created with aprecise instrument.

This way the ablation is performed under the flap and NOT directly over the corneal surface.

This procedure therefore respects the corneal surface ,which is the most sensible part of the cornea.

Thanks to this, the recovery is almost immediate and 6 hours after the procedure the vision is almost perfect and symptoms are practically over.

You most need a certain amount of corneal thickness for this procedure.

LASEK / PRK

In this procedure the laser ablation is performed directly over the corneal surface.

Because of this recovery is slower and takes about 48 to 72 hours.

This is the procedure of choice for thin cornea.

Most of the procedures done at Pefect Vision are Lasik, with a fast recovery that will allow you to continue enyoing you vacation at the next day after laser treatment.
